- Engage with diverse stakeholders to comprehend their needs and processes, translating them into comprehensive requirement specifications.
- Oversee the entire solution lifecycle encompassing solution development, unit testing, facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT), validating outcomes, and executing smooth production implementations.
- Liaise with Head Office and/or vendors on projects and issues as necessary to ensure effective coordination.
- Offer ongoing application support to users, addressing their day-to-day operational queries and concerns.
- Drive system enhancements, execute code changes, and ensure timely and seamless management and implementation of these modifications.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, obtained from a reputable university.

- Python Development, with expertise in at least one popular Python framework
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, with strong proficiency in verbal and written communication in Chinese, as a significant portion of correspondence with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
