    Senior Manager / Assistant Director (Smart Building/Facilities Management Solutions)

    We are seeking an individual to champion the realization of the smart building/facilities vision. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, including the user community and external vendors, the successful candidate will spearhead the implementation of IT/OT solutions. This role entails evaluating user requirements, reviewing vendor proposals, assessing technical solutions, and ensuring endorsed solutions meet architectural, scalability, security, and compliance standards. Additionally, the role involves conceptualizing and driving Smart building initiatives, integrating operational technology (OT) including applications to enhance the experience for all the users.

    Job Description

    • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute Smart building projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Work with various teams to develop and refine the IT/OT architecture, ensuring alignment with building solutions and adapting to new developments and demands.
    • Lead the successful delivery of programs/projects, including conducting user requirement analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and procurement management.
    • Liaise with business users and vendors to ensure project success and maintain team morale.
    • Oversee ongoing application maintenance and support, ensuring SLAs are met and addressing audit and security compliance.
    • Analyze systems and data, troubleshoot problems, and prioritize enhancements in collaboration with business users and vendors.
    Salary Range: SGD 13,000 - 16,000

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
    • Minimum 13+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 5+ years in a technical solutions role and 5+ years in manageing large scale/complex projects. 
    • Extensive hands-on experience with Smart building / operational technology including application technologies and standard IT application delivery.
    • Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills with a proactive and organized approach to work.
    • Certification in PMP or CITPM and experience are advantageous.

    Job Description

    This role will be responsible for managing supply and demand at a regular level down to the SKU, liaising closely with Sales & Marketing and planners from the UK team to align with the monthly, quarterly, and annual plan. This role will be a Master of Data analysis with a passion for optimization problems, working with expertise in the supply chain, finance, and various systems.

    • Implementing a methodical forecasting approach is critical to optimizing product availability and managing inventory risk.
    • The development and implementation of a proactive demand forecasting model, together with a systematic data collection process, will be key to achieving these objectives.
    • Working closely with Sales and Marketing, the role involves crafting a rolling 12 to 18-month demand forecast at the SKU level, utilizing advanced techniques and systems provided to enhance accuracy.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, awareness of industry trends and effective cross-functional communication are essential facets of the Demand Planner role to achieve broader organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to obtain a consensus sales forecast output. Ensure that the monthly rolling forecast data is updated in the forecast files and APO promptly. Support the Collaborative Business Planning (CBP) process.
    • Manage the APO planning system, and identify and address any critical issues. Review and optimize key planning parameters, such as stock coverage profiles by brand and SKU, ABC classification, and shipment lead times.
    • Assist Finance with monthly invoice reconciliation for all goods receipts in SAP, as well as any ad-hoc requests.
    • Support any ad-hoc new initiatives or projects assigned. And assist other team members when necessary.
    • Liaise closely with suppliers globally, regionally, and from third parties regarding purchasing, import/export, product, and quality issues.
    Salary Range: TWD 50,000 - 75,000

    Requirements
