  • 1.配合公司業務發展、評估內外營運變化與需求，規劃中長期全區倉儲配置與供貨物流發展策略
  • 2.標準化倉儲與物流流程、部門預算規劃與執行，有效督導並管理倉儲物流運作效率與運營成本
  • 3.持續推動倉儲自動化與系統化，優化端對端倉儲物流作業與流程，提升支持整體儲運運作效率
  • 4.有效管理第三方物流倉庫與車隊，與其協作提升服務品質與運能，並建立雙贏的長期夥伴關係
  • 5.優化配送分銷網路，物流配銷服務彈性化，以提升客戶體驗與服務水準，並維繫長期客戶關係
