Job Description
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards and operational KPIs.
- Lead and manage a team of Engineers and Operators to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and process optimisation initiatives.
- Manage manpower planning, departmental budgets and operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and improve overall performance.
- Develop and execute operational plans to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- >8 years of working experience, with relevant experience in manufacturing operations.
- Proven experience in leading manufacturing or production teams.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, production planning and Lean Manufacturing.
- Good leadership, problem-solving and project management skills.
